MEET MELISSA!

Melissa joined The Foundry in 2020 and has become an integral part of the retirement plan services team. Melissa supports both plan sponsors and participants by helping coordinate plan operations, managing service requests, and ensuring a smooth client experience. She values building strong relationships and takes pride in being a dependable resource for clients and colleagues alike.

A lifelong resident of the Lakes Region, Melissa enjoys taking full advantage of New Hampshire’s natural beauty—boating on Lake Winnipesaukee, hiking the region’s scenic trails, and spending time outdoors with her two energetic labradoodles. An avid traveler, she has a passion for exploring new places and recently visited several national parks, including Grand Teton and Zion.
