With whom would I work?
Our lead advisors are all professionals who have received designations that indicate a commitment to technical excellence and ethical standards. All advisory staff are required to pursue a designation as a Certified Financial Planner™ Professional. You will be working primarily with a lead advisor and another associate who together function as your personal service team.
How frequently will we speak?
We will customize the work we do for you to fit your needs, and to keep your plan on track. At a minimum we reach out to speak with you every quarter, and we are always available should an urgent matter arise. When necessary, we will speak and meet with you more frequently in order to help you implement your plan.
Can we meet closer to where I live?
On occasion we travel. While web conferences are useful, we find there is nothing nicer than seeing our clients in person and solidifying the personal relationships we value. When travel is not possible, technology allows us the ability connect for a conversation and for a plan review. We will arrange to share our computer screen with you via web conference.
Do you have investment minimums?
The Foundry has no minimum initial investment balance.
How long will the process take?
We believe that a truly meaningful financial plan isn’t built in one meeting — and it shouldn’t be. If we do our job right, your plan will evolve with you over a lifetime. That’s why we take our time, ask thoughtful questions, and listen carefully. We want to fully understand who you are, what matters most to you, and where you’d like to go.
For some clients, an initial draft of the plan may come together in two or three meetings. For others, especially with more complex needs, it takes a little longer — and that’s okay. No matter the timeline, we’re here to do the heavy lifting, provide clear guidance, and make sure every step feels right for you.
Once you’ve chosen to work with us, we dive deeper. We take great care to learn about your goals, concerns, and priorities. As your life changes, so will your plan — and we’ll be right here with you, adjusting and supporting you along the way.
What if something happens to my advisor?
A core value of The Foundry is teamwork. With multiple advisors of varying ages and a dedicated operational support team, you can rest well knowing that your advisor is not the only person at our company to whom you can turn.
Where are most of your clients located?
While Foundry Financial Group is based in Laconia, New Hampshire, we proudly serve clients both locally and across the country. Many of our clients are from the Lakes Region and surrounding areas, including Gilford, Meredith, Plymouth, Concord, Wolfeboro, and Portsmouth. However, thanks to secure virtual meetings and digital tools, we work with individuals, families, and businesses throughout the United States. No matter where you’re located, we’re here to provide trusted, personalized financial guidance.
