Michael entered the financial services industry in 1991, and has been President of The Foundry Financial Group since 2001. He is a past President of the Lakes Region Rotary Club of Laconia, and you'll often find him catching up with community connections at the Chamber's Business After Hours events. Michael resides in Laconia with his wife and two sons.

Joel began his career in the Financial Services industry in 2004. He has received several awards for his work, including “2006 Rookie of the Year” for the Catamount Agency at Horace Mann Insurance. Joel was also honored by the Chamber of Commerce at their first annual Community Hero Awards as the Lakes Region’s “Young Professional of the Year” in 2012. Joel was selected based on his understanding of the value in networking and building relationships, and his dedicated efforts to move that initiative forward in the Lakes Region community. He remains active in the local area serving on the Board of The Historic Belknap Mill. He is also a past President and founding member of Fusion. Joel lives in Alton with his family.

Jaimie entered the Financial Services industry in 2004. In addition to client relationships, Jaimie is also responsible for the development and coordination of the firm's marketing strategies, communications, and public relations. She is very active in the community as President of Fusion, a non-profit organization dedicated to the development of the next generation of leaders by providing opportunities to network and improve the community through business, education, and philanthropy. Jaimie also volunteers as an Ambassador for the Lakes Region Chamber of Commerce and serves on the Marketing Committee for SCORE Lakes Region. She is a Laconia resident and can often be found hiking the local trails on the weekends.

Deb joined The Foundry in 2013 with over 25 years of experience in banking and the broader financial services industry. She supports our team with her excellent knowledge and understanding of operations. Deb also remains in close contact with our clients during post-meeting follow up and regular client service.
"Most of my work is done behind the scenes, but I enjoy getting to know our clients through our conversations over the phone. My primary goal is to ensure all details are handled promptly, accurately, and with care."
Kristen joined The Foundry Financial Group in 2015 to enhance operational support as our advisory teams continue to grow.
